Tournaments
|
The ARMADA runs an annual tournament in Denver called the "Regatta". It was long-dormant after our 2004 event,
but we put our toes back in the water at long last! We're holding the 2024 Regatta in Boulder this year, because the
2023 Regatta was a big success.
We are happy to have revived the annual tradition for local players and traveling guests.
Take a look at some of the grand history of the Regatta.
The inaugural Regatta,
the second Regatta, which played host to the 2001 North
American Diplomacy Championship (DipCon XXXIV),
the third Regatta, and
Regatta IV
which hosted
the 2003 World Championships.
Sadly, all records of the 2004 Regatta (apart from the name of its winner) are apparently lost to the ages.
