The Diplomacy Tournament Manager (DTM)

The ARMADA DTM (now replaced by the newer, cooler, DCM) is a Microsoft Windows application used to seed and score Diplomacy tournaments. Sounds simple, doesn't it? But believe it or not, there just plain didn't seem to be one of these. Anywhere. So the ARMADA's fearless leader, Manus Hand, set out to create one. With invaluable assistance from a couple of other ARMADA members, the program was ready in time for use during the ARMADA's first "Regatta" tournament in the year 2000.

With the DTM, a tournament director can concentrate on directing the tournament, not on the mundane tasks of determining who plays who and how many points each player has earned.

DTM final release: version 3.12.19

Read All About It The DTM documentation (in PDF format) will let you see exactly what the DTM can do. Filled with detail and screen shots, if you actually read the documentation, you will actually know what the program does.

Download a Copy Yes, you too can have your own copy of the DTM. But remember, this is old. The new DCM (above) is probably what you want. But either way, please send me an email to let me know you are using it.
